Introduction

Stepper servo sytem is a control motor solution featuring high speed, high torque, high precision, low vibration, low heating and no loss of step, which is formed based on the common open loop stepper motor in combination with position feedback and servo algorithm.

Stepper servo system motor is equipped with a optical encoder on the rear shaft of the open-loop motor to form position feedback.

Stepper servo system drive processes the encoder position feedback to achieve more precise current and position control.

Rtelligent’s stepper servo system combines the advantages of both stepper motors and servo motors. It operates in a closed-loop fashion, offering the precision of servo motors while retaining the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of stepper motors.

These systems employ feedback devices like encoders to ensure accurate positioning and eliminate the risk of step losses. Stepper servo systems are highly suitable for applications demanding reliable, high-precision control, such as 3D printing and CNC machinery.

New AM series stepper servo system motors are based on Cz optimized magnetic circuit design and the latest compact M-shaped molds. The motor body uses high magnetic density stator and rotor materials with high energy efficiency.
